if not its a tunneling program used to trick ur xbox into thinking suone around the world is on ur network and therfor alowin system link gaeing over the net.
CE stands for COMBATE EVOLVED u know wat halo is called and on the pc HALOPC : CE means custom edition where u can play and make moded maps and shit and basically halo2 for pc (mods that is)
and this was HALO:CE beeing played over XBC LOLand thanks for the comments guys i would advise anyone who liked playing halo with friends to get xbc and play over the net its hella fun
