I'm quite sure you can use this with other capture cards, as I only show you my method and programs I use with an ATI. But what I'm not sure of is if it will produce the same quality that comes from the ATI.
ALSO, I use the S-Video port on my ATI to capture in, as it gives better quality then the composite cables...
