Ah, that's an easy one.
When your in capture mode, go to "Video>Filters" then find the "Add" button, then click "Load" and find the "Smart.vdf(I think)" in the Virtual Dub folder, scroll down in the list of items, Find "smart deinterlace (2.8 beta 1)" highlight it, click ok, and your ready to record.
If you've already recorded something, and you see the lines, do this.
When you have the video you recorded loaded into Virtual Dub(for example when your about to cut clips) Do the same thing you do when your about to record:
Go to "Video>Filters" then find the "Add" button, then click "Load" and find the "Smart.vdf(I think)" in the Virtual Dub folder, scroll down in the list of items, Find "smart deinterlace (2.8 beta 1)" highlight it, and click ok.
If that doesn't work, instead of using the "Smart.vdf" plugin, you can use the deinterlace plugin that came with Virtual Dub. You can find it in the list of items after you've clicked "add". (It's called, "deinterlace")
