 Sotw #14 (MS Paint) - Results
Okay, we're going to wrap this up now.
I've decided to award hypnoticgoat with the win, even though it wasn't created in MS Paint, he did the same thing everyone else did and imported an image into the MS Paint program. It just happened to be an image he created.
Everyone broke the rules. So this one is pretty much a write off anyway.
Don't expect there to be an MS Paint sotw again any time soon, I think this one is running on a month or more. My bad.

I'm going to try to get these back on a regular schedule, so if the mods wouldn't mind helping me avoid neglecting it I'd appreciate it.
