Well...Phoned them today, I sent it out on the 17th, They recived it on the 20th and the box was total'd. Purolator told them it was damaged from the shipping so it took them 10 days to pay microsoft for the 360's value (shipping insurance ftw) So, my new one will ship in a couple days I was told.
