Option 1 : Award the one person who submitted an entry in a proper format.
Option 2 : Allow all the entries and punish the one person who made the effort to submit properly.
Option 3 : Allow Woozy's entry with a broken link. Unfair to all the other entrants who didn't post the original screenshot.
From the entry thread, either not read, or not paid attention to by many :

There were two qualified entries. I wasn't about to start a vote for just mine and Shushmo's, so I conceded. I will not always be able to contact people in time to warn them if there is a problem with their entry, so it is up to each individual to pay attention and be sure their entry qualifies.
Is this still an issue?
