Well I'd suggest thinking of a name for your clan.

After you do that you should recruit.. I've noticed recruiting not working so hot for new members on this forum so I'd suggest maybe while playing Live to ask some of your teammates (depending how good they perform with you) if they are interested in joining a clan. Don't get your hopes up. 90 percent of the time they'll probably say no but if they're cool people and you get along with them who knows maybe they'll join. Also if you already have some good friends who you play live with ask them to either join your clan or make a clan with them so everyone is some kind of leader in it.

Another problem with clans is that they have trouble keeping in contact and usually the clan is disbanded rather quickly. And since its not like halo 2 with a clan list and the dashboard doesn't have this rumored clan blade yet I would suggest a website if you could. Hell even a free website like a .moonfruit.com would atleast let you guys keep in touch when off of live. Also Gamebattles like Enjoi said.

Next to that its really just pref. such as what game you play, strats, etc.
