IMO, finding players is much more important than figuring out a name, because when you do that, it's like you start out as a clan. You can't think of it that way. Some of the best teams I've seen in the past started out just playing with one another as friends and then one day thought "oh snap, let's make a clan," and it worked out great. If you start out with the mentality that you're a clan and you need to have responsibilities, people usually don't want those responsibilities and the clan doesn't work out.
