The only reason weed will never be legalized is because the government would make no money, and it's too easy to harvest yourself.
Crime would increase, of course. Those who were once addicted would most likely end up in jail or end up paying a lot of money in fines.
Oh ya, the gov't doesn't change a lot of things that are bad for us because of a little thing called population control.
