The graphics looked great, but as far as gameplay (well, looking forward to MP gameplay), the most important thing was the single-shot assault rifle (looked like a modified hammerburst). It would be a serious help to GOW MP gameplay to have a rifle which was more accurate (and less automatic) than the lancer and hopefully Epic will allow us to change starting weapons in MP.
As far as the curb stomp, meh, it was a humiliation execution animation -- it was cool, but it wasn't terribly relevant for gameplay. I kind of doubt that they would have the meat shields in MP, so I imagine that the curb stomp is coming back in MP, but I don't think it matters much either way. MP will be brutal and it wil be sick (especially if they get rid of that nasty host-based netcode
