Pretty much everything that can be exploitive has a way for it to be blocked/prevented within the game setup, therefore there is no need.

People have to take responsibility to prevent themselves from being put into a position to be cheated. At the very least, leave the game and move on...

Being a member of this site and knowing how the glitches are done is the 1st step in protecting yourself from people who exploit these things in Ranked/Serious matches. If you let yourself to continue being cheated, that is your fault. B/c you can't control other people's actions other than to put them on your avoid list.
