Yes to your two part question. The word "noob" to me is associated with their evident suckage for the duration of a game after any boasting before the match. Any person who is new to a game isn't a noob. People who are noobs are people who always end up being the lowest scorer on your team after they blabbered about their mad skills. There's an exception to this, however. Children under the age of 13 are automatically considered noobs. Getting skin cancer isn't a good thing but we don't need the bastards ruining every game that graces the platform.
