How do you get designs onto your car, etc?

If you mean create designs then go select the car you want, then go to paint car, then go to add vinylls. Then you can spend hours of your life with shapes. have fun.

or do u mean really good designs like the playboy bunny or cartoons that ppl make on them like he said up top "Hour of your life"

that link will help you design whatever you'd like, it basically teaches you how to be an artist at the basic level, using shapes to create whatever picture you want. none of the stuff you've seen is unlockable from playing
