it's defintely not fast paced like those...it is a tactical-style shooter and you can't go rambo or run out into the open you will get killed..it's going to be the killer app for the 360...just wait and you'll see

halo 3, i doubt it, i dont think it'll live up to gears of war.

well takeing into account the downward sprial the bungie and the halo series took going from halo to halo2 i would have to say no i dnt think for me it would b the best game ever or best on the 360.

there are way more cool/good games on the 360 plus games like fear ISM, GoW, COD3, BF2142, QUAKE WARS, HUXLEY ETC. are all still to come plus the cool style of saints row multi player personally for me outway playing halo3 24/7.

and yes offcourse peple will get a 360 just for halo3 bcoz there are thos nubcakes that play nothing but halo2 24/7 so they didnt get a 360 bcz there was no need at this time.

Halo is a good game for the casual or new-to-gaming gamer. I'm glad that Halo is so popular because it brings people into the online revolution like fat kids to cake. Tons of the mature people I see playing other games say something along the lines of "Halo was fun but now that I'm good I don't like it anymore. I bought this game and now I love it!" I think that's awsome, because Halo brings in everybody and the mature kids get filtered out into other games leaving the immature kids playing Halo.

I'm going to buy Halo 3 and I'm going to enjoy it. I'm going to play it competitively with my friends and I'm going to play matchmaking to sop up the whole experience. Once the comunity spoils it for me, I'm going to just game with my friends and/or move on to another game like I always do.

i hope but somthing tells me that they wil drop the ball and fuck it up....some how...i hope theres not double shot in it ethier..im fine with bxrs but i hate doulbe shots,

The animation glitches in Halo 1 were good for gameplay, and so were some of them in Halo 2. I think they'll take away the double-shot, so don't worry.. it wasn't put there on purpose.

Great post but how are those people that play Halo 2 24/7 noobcakes? Lets see the OGRE's play it all the time and they make money off it, now that doesnt seem like a noobcake to me. Also there are those kids that cant afford a 360 right now. And all they have is Halo2 so thay are noobcakes 2? Please explain in greater detail what you meant.

You must admit, there are many straight assholes who play Halo waayyyyy too much and will get a 360 just to play Halo 3 the same way. They won't buy a 360 for any other game because they stay on the most popular/easy game where they can talk the most trash and beat the most noobs/newbs. No hate on the mature players who still play Halo 2, of course.
