Not at all and frankly I laugh when people say they are addicted to video games it soo simple LIfe>Gaming.
And maybe its just me but my head hurts after playing more than an hour.

My results dont seem to be dropping, so I would say No, but if I were to play alot more, i could see them affecting my work.

Ehh...I dunno.. My school has this thing called "A.R.E.A." and we have it on day 2, 5, and 6. My Area's that I choose on day 2 and 5 are quiet study, wich I do my homework or E-Mail my friends durring. On day 6, I play dodgeball though. :P (My school folows a 6 day schedule.)
Back on track, it really depends. Like if someone were to choose all games for their AREA's in my school, they'd be flat out stupid. But if you choose to play games and not do your homework, that is stupid also. Its all about yourself, really.
