Okay, heres what I would suggest
Play and Charge Kit: It provides long battery life and is great for if your controller runs out of batter durring a game.
New Headset: I think a new headset would be good seeing as almost everyone i knows headset has broken. It DOES NOT need to be made for the 360. All it needs is a 1.5mm jack which is standard for most regular phone headsets.

thats pretty much all you need to get started, plus one or two good games. I would suggest either BF2:MC, COD2, or PDZ for shooters and maybe Oblivion if you like RPG's. o, and get some MS points so you can download UNO
