Damage dealing. Seriously, that's it. You can use Steal every 5 minutes to better yourself, but until level 15, all you'll be doing is utilizing auto-attack and using your Weapon Skill every once in awhile. At 15, you learn Sneak Attack. Basically it deals critical damage, even more when done behind the enemy. So your basic routine should turn into Attack > Get 100TP > Sneak Attack > Weapon Skill every minute. You can EASILY break 100 damage every minute with this. You'll pull hate off the tank constantly, no joke. But make sure you always have a ranged weapon with ammo(if it applies), as 9.5 times out of 10 you'll be the puller.
