in game, press the back button to disable the menus. then, hold i believe the left trigger, then press the right button.
sorry if thats wrong, im not online to try it out again.
to send it, you must be in the playonline lobby, signed in. then go to view files>screenshots.
you can then choose which files to send, the compose an email to yourself.
