On iTunes make it so your iPod apears in my computer as the E Drive I think and then somewhere in that you can restore your iPod to factory settings but you have to get your music back on there which takes like 5 minutes, and if that doesn't work look in program files inside of the c drive and look around at your ipod stuff in there.
Oh and Te Master, there is a 10 times easier way to do it but I couldn't find the link.
