Big Problem!

I just got back from my holiday break and tried to get on a couple of my 360 games, it says I need to download the update but when i try to update it tells me I can't. Anyone else have any problems like this or have heard of this? I went to xbox.com/support like it told me to do but there was nothing in there about it. I tried to play CoD3 and THP8 and I can't D/L the update in either

Is it because of family settings? Does it say why its having problems downloading?

i suggest calling 1.800.4myxbox.

what does the message say when it errors.

I use to have this problem but I fixed it somehow. Does it kick you off of live when the update screen comes up? Try going back to your dashboard and going into the game again right away. Worked for me.

Persevere. That's what i did to fix these problems and eventually it worked.
