OK, so im having to send in my 360 in for repairs AGAIN. this bullshit is going to drive me to buying a fucking PS3, I cant beleive i have to say that. (ok maybe not) but shit, this time it freezes all the fucking time and of course the bastards dont know what the hell is wrong with it. So, another 2-3 business days to get the box and another 7-12 days to get the fucker back. Im just going to have to play more PC or something.

That sucks, happens to a lot of people, I swear they were rigged, I remember it was about 2 months or 3 months ago, everyones boxes were crashing and screwing up at the same time lol...

Im on my second box. The first one was one of the very first and we all know that the first Xbox's were fucked up. It would freeze and make this sound that would scare the shit out of me every time I would play it ( Dammit I hated that fucking sound). Anyhoo my second box works fine, it freezes from time to time but I think it just gets too hot sometimes. | |

mine has only froze bout 5 times in like 8 months...everytime it freezes i just clear the cache and it works fine

yeah we did that over the phone, and it seemed to work for about 5 minutes, and after that it started causing more problems with xbox live. like i would sign in to COD3 start a match-> freeze. restart and my gamertag would not work until i tested the connection, it would say connection fine, so i sign in, start a match freeze. rinse, repeat, call xbox again within an hour and get repairs. | |

I got mine back in April, and every now and then a single red light will occur, them I restart my 360 and its just fine... so who knows, lol. | |

Had to send one in several months ago. Just died. Was a pain in the ass waiting almost a month from the time box was sent until they actually sent me a new one. New one has done fine so far (knock on wood) They know they didnt build these things with the quality they should have, that's why they extended the warrantees. Several people I know have had to return their for repair or replacement. Such is life I guess.

ive have never had to send my box back. just get an intercooler and dont listen to what everyone says, that it will melt your power cord. thats a bunch of shit. ive had mine for awhile and it hasnt done anything. so get one of those while your box is on vacation.
