I don't really have rage problems or anything, but the stuff I get mad about on a daily basis is usually really stupid. I also have a really bad tendency of thinking people are stupid. It wouldn't be all that bad if it weren't for the fact when I think people are stupid I usually end up not knowing what to say to them which probably makes me look wierd in the long run to a few people.

When I make a point, I tend to do it in a very harsh way which can sometimes end in laughter or the other person really pissed off. I also flaunt my intelligence a lot and will make people look stupid. Those are only a few that I can think of off the top of my head.

I need to start eating normally and getting more sleep. I only eat one meal a day (no im not anerexic (SP!) and i should at least eat breakfast and dinner. (I usually just eat a big dinner)
I usually only get 4-6 hours a sleep each night before work. I would like to get the recommended 8 each day.
Thats honestly all i can really think of.....
