i just got my 360 yesterday (yes i know kinda late, let the flaming begin, lol) and im new to this whole "Microsoft Points" system....is there any other way to get MS Points other than buying them????? i heard when u beat games on the 360 it gives you MS Points at the end when u beat it...is that even true? and when ur playing a game what does it mean when it says "achievement unlocked" (or whatever it says)....whats all this mean? can someone help me out here? i been playing Gears of War since yesterday.....gamertag : Dark SoliloQuy................hit me up ppl, pls let me know what all this means, lol...i want some arcade games, but its gonna suck if i have to pay money to get the MS points to download the games, is there any other way?, peace.....one more thing, how come when i post i cant freakin put paragraphs...it jumbles everything up, i press enter and it looks fine, but when it posts its all in 1 paragraph, lol |

^^ im not sure bout ur paragraph thingy but ill answer ur other questions.
-Microsoft points have to be bought or won. You cannot unlock them by simply playing games.
-Some arcade games are free, therefore you don't need M$ points to get them.
-You can also get M$ points by clicking on the pic in my sig, registering, and doing the offers. It's free, just use real info for the gaminglagoon site, but fake info for the offers.
-Achievements give you gamerscore. Gamerscore (GS) means nothing, except which games you played and what you did in those games. It is a big waste of nothing in my opinion. Although some people are obsessed with it.
-You get achievements by doing certain things in games (like in Gears of War, getting 100 headshots in ranked matches).

their's are only 2 arcade game's you can get for free texas hold um and totem ball but they both sux but your 360 come's with hexic HD you dont get MS point's for wining game's you have to buy it at the store or buy it from MS dashboard its cheaper to get it from the dashboard then from the stor you realy dont need arcade game's just when you get realy bord you can get demo's for free do.

yea i know i dont need arcade games,.....BUT....i saw some that i really would like to play....like.....Castlevania : SOTN.....TMNT 1989....DOOM......Ultimate MK3....Street Fighter II.....Ms Pacman and Pacman and Bejewled (for my girlfriend, she likes those games, idk y).... | |
