So I linked myself to another one of my accounts did a whole bunch of surveys so I had 22pts on both accounts, then I requested a 1600 pt card on both accounts, I just checked back and on one of the accounts it got approved in 9 minutes, I checked the other account and it got disapproved and they gave me -500 points, moral of the story is change your IP before switching accounts
