| Why Microsoft Tech support sucks Alright has some of you may know, My xbox 360 broke a few weeks ago.
(I was at future shop when I phoned them, I have a replacement warrenty but they wouldn't replace it till june 29th -when the MS warrenty is over-)
I phoned Microsoft tech support and told them my xbox 360 was wrecking all my disc's (I had to get a new copy of rainbow six vegas twice cause of it) They told in five business days I would have a box to send it in. Over the last few weeks I've just been playing demos. In the last week It started to freeze and go to a green screen, Then the last week here it just died on me. Only gave me three red lights, I tried it without my HD and it did the same thing. Went and found the error the red lights were giving me (0110 - Meaning GPU/Memory FAIL). Well I emailed them on wesnday and got a email back on friday saying my claim has not even gone through meaning I've waited three weeks for nothing,
So today I phone tech support, The first guy hung up on me has soon has he picked up. I phone back and get this nice old Chinese lady, She put through a new claim for a new xbox 360 since all the trouble I've been given and there even going to toss in over night shipping she said. So she checked my other service tag to see why it wasn't put through, There's a message saying she was threatnd over the phone, (The last time I phoned the future shop lady talked and was really ignorant)
So me and her had a good laugh about that lol, So it looks like I'll have me a new xbox 360 in the next 10 dayish ^^!

| Well...Phoned them today, I sent it out on the 17th, They recived it on the 20th and the box was total'd. Purolator told them it was damaged from the shipping so it took them 10 days to pay microsoft for the 360's value (shipping insurance ftw) So, my new one will ship in a couple days I was told.
