After destroying some kids in the h3 beta, i was sending a message back to someone who flamed me, when all the sudden i hear a *flick* noise inside my 360, and it freezes. Then, try and turn it on.. 3 red lights.
Didnt think this would happen to me, considering i fucking make sure theres nothing ever in or around it, keep it cool, all that shit. Launch unit too...
Figures when im 15 points from Captain, and during the beta.
I work my ass off in school and at home so I can play it, and then it goes and fucking dies. |

That's why I use xbox.com to send/check my messages rather than replying on the 360 itself, it's all the easier. But that sucks to hear, just let it cool down for an hour or so and try again, I heard that usually works.

Tear it apart and check the disc drive. Haha. If you take the bottom off the disc drive or w/e while it's running it gets mad and puts up three red lights. I highly highly doubt that's your problem, but just saying, you can get three red lights from tearing apart your disc drive..Haha. | |

But seriously man sorry to hear, especially since you take good care of it. I've had mine almost since launch and nothing has happened to it. What a bad time for it to have the 3 lights, right when the beta is out, which means you won't get to play it again if I'm correct.

My Crackdown disc stopped being able to be read so I had to go out and rent a copy, its pretty lame, I have no idea what the hell happened, damn the Beta, but I love the Beta... but yeah man, that is pretty lame, hopefully it clears itself up.

It did. I let it sit for 12 hours, took off the intercooler and all the cables, plugged it in, sans the intercooler, and voila! It's working now. | |
