I mean c'mon, could it get any better than this? The water cooling tubes are THICK, 2 8800 GTX video cards, 3.5tb (Terabytes not sure of spelling) of storage, 6 (I think) DVD Drives (He eventually replaces 3 of them for a fan), Mac 30" Monitor, and an awesome keyboard. Not too sure about the PSU though, maybe all the components are the cause of the size. IDK.
Guess what he does for a living? He duplicates DVD's for Schools, Universities, etc. NICE! Now you may think that since he duplicates DVD's at a large scale, he probably has issues doing it manual, but guess what, he has automatic printers as well! That's awesome. How easy can a good paying job get?
Sadly, I really don't need this computer. It's primarily a Gaming Machine, but I'm not a PC gamer, so I'll just end up wasting money. But it still would be good to make something similiar to it though.

All the hard stuff is already taken care of for you. Mobo, graphics card, hdd, and cpu are all already assembled. all you have to do is connect them to a psu. now if you had to build those from scratch as well, then you would have to consider it being a bitch to build a pc.

PSU means Power Supply Unit. I think it's pretty much self explanatory from there.
