Something is happening to the U.S. and not a lot of people see it. I've been feeling like everyday America has been getting worse and worse. Enjoy your freedom while you can because its not going to be here for long. STOP RECESSION.
As for getting a check, I'm not totally sure if you have to be paying taxes for quite a while before getting that money but you wont get it until June or July anyway. Also, you probably have to go through a lot of paper work to get this money.
EDIT: Single INCOME taxpayers get $600. Couples with children get $1,200
