Okay you guys might have known about SlutSmasheR movie thread back on H2F (if you go to H2F) but I decided to make my own review on movies that have rencently came out or going to be coming out so here it goes:

P.S. Please take the time to read this carefully, I took a long time making this for you guys.

Mission: Impossible III:
Going to see soon.

Action 10/10: The Action in Mission: Impossible III is going to be awsome, fire, explosions, shooting, and everything you could think of will be in this movie.
Storyline 9/10: Tom Cruise, the most exciting and successful star in the world, returns to one of his signature roles, Secret Agent Ethan Hunt, in "Mission: Impossible III." In this pulse-racing, mind-bending action thriller, Hunt confronts the toughest villain he's ever faced - Owen Davian (Academy Award® winner Philip Seymour Hoffman), an international weapons and information provider with no remorse and no conscience. In an easier way to say it, its a really good story.
Acting 8/10: Tom Cruise is a very good actor and in this movie, it is perfect for him in the spot. Owen Davian also does great as his villain in this movie.
All in all 10/10: I really think that this movie is sparking up attention right now and I think there will be lines and lines of people waiting for them to watch this movie. This is a must watch in theaters.

Mission Impossible III in theaters on May 5th.

Silent Hill 8/10:
Haven't seen this moive yet, but will soon.

Action 7/10: Very good effects, but odd characters, and very creapy characters.
Storyline 6/10: The storyline for this moive is very confusing and hard to know when watching everything (heard that from friends).
Acting 8/10: Radha Mitchell as the mother, does a very good job on how see has to take her daughter, Jodelle Ferland played as the little girl, to the Silent Hill and cure her illness.
All in all 8/10: The movie is very good in effects wise, but bad in the storyline. From the stories of my friends telling me about it, it doesn't seem that great, but still would like to see it.

Silent Hill out in theaters now.

Ice Age 2 - The Meltdown:
Also haven't seen this movie yet, but will soon.

Action 7/10: Ice Age 2 has very good graphics for a moive that is more along the lines of a cartoon.
Storyline 6/10: This moives storyline is kinda cheap, The Ice Age is coming to an end, and the animals are delighting in the melting paradise that is their new world. Manny, Sid, and Diego quickly learn that the warming climate has one major drawback: a huge glacial dam is about to break, threatening the entire valley. The only chance of survival lies at the other end of the valley. So the three heroes, along with a mammoth named Ellie and her two "brothers" -- possums Crash and Eddie -- embark on a mission across an increasingly dangerous landscape towards their salvation. That sounds kinda odd to me, but still looks very funny.
Acting 9/10: Well you cant actually act in this movie, but the voice overs should be very good just like in the first one.
All in all 9/10: This movie looks to be very funny and thats what I liked about the first one.

Take the Lead:
Seen this movie and I thought it was pretty good.

Action 5/10: I don't think the action was good because there was barely any.
Storyline 9/10: The storyline was very good in this movie and thats what took me over. Antonio Banderas, a ballroom dancing instructor, goes to a high school and tries to make the detention students, who love to break dance and listen to rap, into ballroom dancers. They end up going to the finals and... I don't want to spoil the ending.
Acting 9/10: The acting in Take the Lead is very good. All of the kids that start to become ballroom dancers do a very good job in the dancing part, but I thought their actual characters were some what cheesey, only some I thought were cheesey not all of them.
All in all 9/10: This is a very good movie for anyone who listens to rap or likes to ballroom dance. If you listen to rock you might want to watch this as well just for something different. If you haven't seen it, I think its just a rental.

Scary Movie 4:
Movie was alright but...

Action 3/10: Not a lot of things really happened lol, there was lots of jumping around if thats action..
Storyline 4/10: The story was not good at all it seemed like the directors just wanted to throw random rips of movies in there to get some chea laughs, the Wayane(sp) brothers did a way better job in my opinion with 1 & 2
Acting 7/10: It does have pretty good acting I must say, though since it is a scary movie a lot of the lines are just stupid and intended to be funny, that can sometimes take away the good acting.
All in all 5/10: It was not as good as the past 3 so don't be waiting for a 5th not happening, the cameras looked like B movie cameras or ones used for TV, it didn't seem like the worked on the jokes, or tried to mix the movies together as good as they did in scary movie 3, it was all like I said above jumped around... and hard to follow in a way.

Thank you if you took the time in reading this post, I chose these 4 movies because I know they were or will be good. I will eventual post more movie reviews when more movies come out, but for now thanks for reading and post a comment or two on what you thought about some of these movies or any other movie I forgot.

Also if I made any mistakes please let me know and I will fix them.

EDIT: If there is a movie that isn't up here and you would like me to make a review on, post it and I'll see what I could do.

I use http://www.rottentomatoes.com/ habitualy for any movie review but games is sorta bs at it.

This is a pretty cool thread besided the fact that you spelt "Movie" incorrectly in the thread title. I use www.mrqe.com when I am looking up movie reviews.

Why review a movie before it came out, or if you haven't seen it?

I second that Rottentomatoes is a really good site for movie reviews. I'll post some reviews in the near future.

I think the review of Scary Movie is a little rough. It's a slap stick comedy that can't be taken seriously. Most of the acting is parodying actual movies if you didn't know. This kind of comedy is becoming more and more extinct but I think movies like this should be judged more on their "one-liner" content. If it has a few times that make you laugh then it was probably worth the watch. I think movies that take themselves too seriously are the ones that should be judged much more harshly.
