Alright, after talking to Z and discussing some of the possibilities he decided on a "Halo Discussion" forum that covers everything Halo Related. Halo Discussion Here
Whether it's a Halo 1 tournament or news about Halo 3 it should go in this area so don't bother posting Halo stuff in the complete off topic section.

Thats pretty sweet, and its good for the people that want a 360 but are still playing halo, now they have a place to chat and discuss, while still being welcomed to the community
