|  RUNNERS post HERE (track, XC)...
I was just wondering i know there were some runners over at H2F but this is pretty much an entirly diffent group of people, so my question is does anyone else here run (track or XC) other than me. If you do post up tell me what events you do and stuff. Ill hit you up with a FR so we can play some time on xbl and have some good times talking about how one time you pushed some kid over a fence when he tried to pass you on the inside of a turn durning a CC meet.

600m-like 40-50 secs I dont really remember now I have stop joining track teams since my freshman years.

god gave us the ability to run for one reason to get away from predaters and as there aint many tigers anymore it mainly gangbangers and po police

When I was younger I used to run cross country. You know how the coaches tell you to pace yourself at the start? I thought that meant to go for it, so right off the starting shot you could see me sprinting my ass off way ahead of everyone else. haha
I keep a pair of reebok classics to run in, the 'runners high' feels awesome after you do it, haven't went for a run in awhile though.

thats sweet i run Cross country and track and i do run from tigers daily it keeps my adrenaline levels higher than the average humans acctually the grape feilds around my house are crawling with tigers, lions, and ligers it can get pretty ugly sometimes one time i was running and a tiger jumped out luckily i saw it just before it hit me and i ripped out its juggular with my bare hands right before it bit me. Just kidding but running from tigers would be extremely scary dude i can't even look at lions in the zoo without being a little scared of them. Dam i suck
