your both wrong. its black spiderman (trust me there a diff.) i didnt see anything about venom and i havent seen backster who becomes venom and is a huge charecter in this part of the comics. yes that was sandman he kicks some ass. green goblin came back...looks like a great movie!

i think its the venom in the snake that makes spiderman become venom, i really dont know i never read comics but my guess is that
