WTF??? ok so sony is going to put out there new blue ray player at 1000 bucks the 6 days later have the PS3 come out for 600 bucks....WTF???? are you kidding me??? sony has to be smoking somthin....

Its pretty lame, and have you seen the prices of the Blue Ray movies, what's the point lol, I think they are about $30 US, thats a rip off, Welcome to the Future I will stick with going to see a movie at the theater.

That's the only reason Sony is going to become bankrupt. If they didn't bother wasting all their money trying to make their system better than the Xbox360 then they wouldn't be stuck in hot water (Microsoft can afford for their mistakes, Sony can't).
And the main difference between HD and Blu-Ray is how the movies appear. Hd movies appear in, well, HD. I'm not sure about Blu-Ray, but I know it's also a free source of internet, that's for sure.
