Ya that happened to me to good thing I sent it in right before they stopped fixing them free. Do what a lot of people do sell some plasma you can get about $60 for it depending where you go.

i did like 10 times and they all have mexican accents and have about the brain power of 3 little girls combined, i did ask for Bill Gates but the lady refused to transfer me, i asked for directions on how to fix it myself because im pretty good with my hands and i follwed it up by telling the lady i use to play with leggos when i was smaller. They stop taking calls at 1 in the morning and i was talking to some guy till 2 then he just talked really really fast said goodbye and hung up wtf ive talked to 2 supervisors and called them both n00bs and told one of them i have uber micro, I also asked if i could work for them for like a week testing games and they said no, then the last time i called no supervisor was there cause i guess he went home and i asked to be put on hold for 9 hrs until the next one came back in they put me on hold but were sorry to inform me that i would have to call back cause they couldn't put me on hold for that long then they hung up and i swore. IVe they think my name as of right now is Jose Gonzalez cause i thought they might be more inclined to help out a fellow mexican but it failed and for all of you who dont know me my name is really Ora Merkel so i use a fake name and all they keep saying is "Send in foo" Dam u microsft | |
