Interesting 360f Stat

I was over at h2f and Arkive made a post about the percentage of posters in the community. He had the ones with 0 posts, 1-250,251-500 and soo on. I was going to do the same thing over here when I realized it was taking wayyyy to long. I started counting the people with 0 posts in the members list under # and the total number of 0 posters in their alone was 350 people. Now to think how many there are from the members a-z is just mind boggling or however you spell it. We have around 24,000 members on here and easily under 50 who stay active. The average number of posts per member is 3.95. At h2f with almost 35,000 members it averages out to 40.33 posts per member. Its just weird to think we can have soo many people sign up on this forum and only the few who post regularly. That is all from me.

i beleive its because when 360f was created, all of the h2f accounts at that time were transfered over here so many people from there who already ahve accounts here ahve note even vistited here yet

Now did it happen in that there profiles werent activated until they logged in here? Because I can understand the lack of activity from many members if it just transferred them over. But the bottom line is we need more posters.

Exactly. Not all the members from the members list have signed up, but have just signed up at H2F b4 a certain date. If u r gunna make the list, make it from 1 post-however many Link has, because that would filter out about half if not more.

Yeah, thats the truth too.

Like my acct has 115 posts since I started posting here a month or two ago, and yet I dont have even .3 daily post count, this is due to the h2f transition.

Crappy game section layout fustrates the hell out of new members trying to find a post they posted in that has gotten lost in useless theads about games their not interested in, making them loose interest in the very reason they joined. To read and post about GAMES! Games that their SPECIFICALLY interested in.
I've already covered the this partial reason for low activity with new members many times and many times people have always agreed with me.
But nothing was done and nothing is going to be done about it unless this forum wants to be new user friendly.
Someone commented how they thought it was funny that I made a Dead Or Alive: Xtreme 2 thread in the sports section. Why not? It IS a sports game isn't it? Or is it a superficial holiday simulation? Or is it under Fighting or Action like it's counterparts DOA4 and Ninja Gaiden??? Or because it's a mix bag, is it in Other???

I'm not even going to ask if people agree because I know lots of people DO agree and probs nothing will happen regardless.

I do agree with you rusted but its hard when most people play the same game at the same time so games get left behind in the dust. I would try and help fiz that but I dont know how or where to start.
