With the option to watch the game you just played on the beta is it possible to send that to your pc VIA USB cord or ethernet?

I think that you can't do that. I doubt you can. Because the saved films will be such a small file size (Most I've heard less than 5mb) they're probably using some codec or whatever where it's something that only Halo 3 can watch. You probably won't be able watch it in the videos option under your media blade either.
