B-Up: Flare Blitz (Similar to the Fire Fox move)
B-Side: Sky Uppercut
B: Fire Punch
B-Down: Blaze Kick
How would Sky uppercut work? Would it be a horizontal punch/recovery move?
I'm assuming that B and down B would be Captain Falcon's moves?
What kind of A moves would he have? What about his stats? I'm thinking medium speed and weight, with average power and high range but small hitboxes. A pretty much all-around character
Heracross:
B-Up: Aerial Ace (Similar to Marth/Roy's B-Up move)
B-Side: Night Slash (Similar to Fox's B-Side move)
B: Megahorn
B-Down: Close Combat (Similar to Roy's Counter move)
Would Herecross have multi jumps? I see him as a slow moving character with fast A moves and good recovery for some reason.
Garchomp:
B-Up: Rock Climb (Similar to Marth/Roy's B-Up move)
B-Side: Dragon Rush
B: Crunch
B-Down: Sandstorm
I really don't know Garchomp that well, so I dunno what to think here. Sounds like a decent moveset though.
Tyranitar could be a possibility, so here's just a random jab at what his setlist could be like;
B-Up: Rock Climb
B-Side: Thrash
B: Crunch
B-Down: Earthquake/Sandstorm/Rock Slide
Honestly, I see Larvitar working for Smash just as well as Tyrantitar. Ty would definately need super armor and a down B or up B move similar to Peach's down smash or Bowser's up B. Maybe Sandstorm, where he spins around and sand swirls around and does light damage outside the normal hitbox.
I think his Neutral B should be Rock throw, where he pulls a rock out of the ground and uses them as an item (like Peach's turnips). His side B should be Crunch.
Sky Uppercut would be similar to Captain Falcon's Raptor Claw move. It could also be his B-Up move, while Flare Blitz would be his Side Move (basically Flare Blitz is a fire taclke, so whatever you think would work move). His Smash moves would basically be regular high/low kicks, scissor kicks, and a few punches.
You basically got Heracross right, and his moves would also me strong attacks to go along with his Fighting nature.
Garchomp was just thrown together randomly, for a better move could be used rather and Rock Climb.
And that isn't a bad idea at all Hitzel, but what would Thrash replace? Keep Rock Slide as his down B move (much like Pikachu's Thunder), and have an idea for his Up-B move?

I really like that Rock Slide idea.

If Sonic get's a Space Colony Ark stage along with his apparent Angel Island stage, I want this to be one of the audio tracks used:
So how would Sandstorm be used to save Larvitar/Tyranitar? Would it just be something like Meta Knight's Mach Tornado move, in which a tornado shrouds them and launches them? And I forgot to mention Aerial Ace would be similar to Meta Knight's B-Up move.

It'd be like Bowser's Fortress (up B). You can use it out of your shield because it's a B move. It's probably Bowser's most useful move. Since Tyrantitar would be slow but strong like Bowser, it'd be useful for him too.

Sounds reasonable enough.
And for the last 3rd Party character, Capcom/Clover (or what was Clover) should have Viewtiful Joe be unlockable. His first game was on Gamecube, and it was an instant success, so why not, he needs to see daylight some time. His moveset;
B-Up: High Jump (jump effect while being in Slo-mo in the game)
B-Down: Red Hot Kick (Shockwave Dive while airborne)
B-Side: Voomerange
B Nuetral: Mach Punch
His Final Smash (which we never went over for the Pokemon xP) would him summoning the Six Machine to shoot missles and projectiles all over the stage (with their damage rating being that in Slo-Mo, and each character will be affected by the Slo-mo effect while Joe can run around freely or be in the Six Machine), and it'd also have the ability to fly through the stage hitting combatnants.

Tyranitar FS= Hyper Beam - extremely powerful, but you're stunned after using, so you need to be careful not to miss.
Espeon FS= Psychic - makes suspends all characters in the air for a short time. Gives you a free hit.
I'm liking that. Tyranitar could also have Giga Impact, in which he'd rush across the field and critically damage everyone in his way. Nearly hard to stop from falling off the stage, but if you do you're also stunned temporarly.
Blaziken could also have Eruption, which would be similar to Mario's FS, but it'd be more of an explosion that surrounds Blaziken, launching opponents in every which way (that are caught in the blast).
Heracross could have Megahorn as his FS (while Cross Chop/X-Scissor replaces for the B-Nuetral), and he'd pretty much do the same thing as Tyranitar (go across the screen hitting opponents), but it's launch them high in the air in while Heracross can start juggling them. Or if it were to KO people, it'd only work on one opponent (or anyone near him at the time).

I like the idea of Vewtiful Joe in SSBB. It seems like there are an awful lot of Megaman supporters out there, but, for some reason, I don't like that idea. It just doesn't feel right to me personally. I mean, its not hard to figure out a moveset, but I just can't imagine him "fitting in" with the series. I think part of it is also because he might seem like a Samus clone to me if the devs aren't careful.
On a side note, I heard a rumor that there will be an unannounced 3rd party character that "is going to blow minds"(making the total 4).
