I'll try, but I'm not sure if I'll find anything more that "its from the Wii site so it must be true". I'm afraid its gonna be awful hard to validate something like this.

Got through to SB. Everyone's accepting it as the truth. The video from Wii.com (unedited, it's straight from nintendo) has those images. I don't think we'll get any other kinds of confirmation. Weird that the video on youtube doesn't have those images, though.
I just watched the vid, and it deconforms any other Sonic characters (sonic sticker shows only Sonic) as if we didn't already know that (assuming this is 100% legit). | |

I hadn't even really thought about there being more than one (except maybe knuckles).
The youtube thing does kind of bother me though. I wonder if Nintendo intentionally switched the videos up like that. It essentially creates a momentary ARG-style internet game for the fans to follow. I think we'll see something interesting tonight on the dojo...

Apparently the youtube video is actually the gametrailers movie. The wii.com movie was added after that, on friday when the sticker update was posted. Maybe nintendo did do this intentionally. | |
