Really nice writeup, Ex. I haven't been in the MLG stat whatever in a long time, so it's pretty refreshing. Just a question though: Were these predictions based on their online performance, their LAN and Halo2 experience, or both? It seemed like you were basing it on XBL alone. | |

XiT is pretty bad at H3 compared to their H2 success. =/

@ Brandon - If you actually read it you would see I based it off of LAN AND XBL... If it was XBL alone, FB wouldn't be before Triggers Down.
@ P Shizit - I believe XiT will place top 32 unless they have an easy bracket... Their skill just DIDN'T carry over. Bonfire was their best player in Halo 2 from the start, and it seems to be the same in Halo 3, but his brother Itwasluck is still lacking some serious individual talent compared to a lot of the other pros. I would say the same for Omega, but I haven't had the chance to play with him in either game since he was on eXiT Woundz. Heinz is very good, and the same for Bonfire. It's hard to believe that they will have the same success that they have had in the past... Since they lost Zyos' smarts and Killer N's slaying they just haven't shined like in the 06 - early 07 season.

But yeah, I really don't see XiT doing NEARLY as well as they did on H2 if they keep playing like they are. But who knows, anything could happen.
Oh and Ex, are you competing or just spectating?
