T360F Ironman of Gaming Tournament?

After going through some Screw Attack videos, they have a competition/marathon/tournament every year called "The Ironman of Gaming", in which people compete against one another in the latest games, and possibly some classic ones, for cash and the title of "Ironman of Gaming". So here is my idea;

One weekend, we should all decide to play a few team based/free for all games in some of the popular 360 games here, or some classic 360 games, and even some arcade games. Here is a complete list of what I was thinking;

Rules:
If participating in the Ironman of Gaming "tournament", you must;
a) Be available to play throughout a whole weekend. There will be times where we will stop playing, so this isn't a consecutive none-stop gaming bonanza (it'd be fucking great if it were one though)

b) Get along with the teams. Most of us are friends around here, so this shouldn't be tough. I just don't want any "oh I don't want to be with this guy" bickering. This is just for fun.

c) Don't take this too seriously. It's all for fun, after all.

d) Cooperate with the rules of each game. For Halo 3, there might be MLG rules, and there might not be MLG rules. Don't cry over it.

e) You may enter any game you want, as long as you make the deadline/matchtime for it.

The way how this will work;
1) Someone on each team has a capture card (this would make things A LOT better, and more fair).

2) To determine the "winner", points will be distributed throughout each game. This is how they'll be sent out:
-The losing team (in Team Games) will all recieve 1 point
-The winning team will recieve 2 points
-The VIP of the team (varying depending on the gametype) will recieve 3 points
-3-7 matches will be played for each game, so everyone has a good chance of trumping one another
-Same point scoring can be applied for FFA games and Arcade Challenges;
Arcade - Highest score (with either photographic proof or other sources) will recieve 3-5 points (depending on the game). Second highest will recieve 2-4, 3rd will get 1-3, and the rest will recieve 1-2 points for taking the challenge.
FFA - VIP will recieve 3 points for winning the game (unless their K/D ratio is negative, then they'll recieve 2 points), 2nd and 3rd will recieve 2 (1 if K/D is negative), and the rest of the people will recieve 1 point.

WILDCARD Game
If two or more people are tied for the crown, they may decide amongst a random game. It can either
a) Be a FFA game
b) Be a team game (2v2), then the winning team chooses a 1v1 game
c) Be entirely up to the Head Honcho (me, basically)
d) And it has to be a game that you know you have/can get right away.
A wildcard game may also be suggested for more games for people to play, it's entirely up to you guys.
