I'm speaking on a pre playing basis here, but from what I saw, I have never been hyped about this game. Same thing with Army of Two. I wondered why everyone was so psyched about a 2 player MP game. But it died so it don't matter. I'm not going into this with any expectations good or bad, except that I wanted to see the building destruction. On a side note, I have played very little BF up to this point.

I'm the same. I haven't been hyped up about this so much, didn't even preorder it and I preorder tons of shit. I went in to it remembering that I liked the last one. I thought they would add to the game in areas besides environement. I always thought the controls in the first one weren't as fluid as say...CoD, i hoped they would iron that out. And the destructible environments are only there to make the tanks just that much more annoying. And how in the hell am i supposed to hide from a tank in the grass or whatever when I can't even go prone!!!! Hopefully I am wrong and u can go prone, someone tell me I am.

first impressions:
laggy for me.
never really sure when you hit someone, in COD you get the little x, halo you can see shields, no indicators makes it difficult to tell if its lagging or you miss or whatever.
gun sounds seem kind of muffled.

There is a little red U shape under the crosshair when you hit them.

Lagged at first for me, probably because of the mass amounts of people playing a demo. Now it doesn't as much.

And there is an indicator, it's a little red half circle under your aimer.

do they have the old style mulitple territory/flag cap thing anymore, or is it all the attack and defend stuff?

In the demo it's only attack and defend, but in the full there is all the old gamemodes.

I think after the full comes out they are going to update the demo with conquest htough.

Well the demo is laggy as hell for me so i haven't really played it much. But in the demo when you play MP it does say the "Conquest MP mode" will be available for D/L like the first week the game is out for free!!

Hopefully they fix the lag so i can actually enjoy playing!
