You'll have to wait just a little bit longer to sink your teeth into Valve's Left 4 Dead (or, as the case may be, to have zombies sink their teeth into you). While previously set for release on November 4, Left 4 Dead has now been pushed back a few weeks to November 20th -- the 10th anniversary of the release of Half-Life.
The news comes by way of a video interview with Valve head Gabe Newell, on the Dutch website Gamekings (via Kotaku). The new release date has also been added to the official Left 4 Dead info thread on Valve's forums, lest we wonder whether Newell might have only been referring to a European release date.
Yeah, kind of sucks to have to wait a few more weeks, but just be patient -- before you know it, you'll have a horde of insatiable undead feasting on your innards in no time.

Sucks to hear about that boys, but atleast we can wear out Gears of War 2 right before it comes out :P.

You're damn right I'm getting it Charles. I got to put money down on this and Fallout 3 (the Collector's Edition looks so sick for that).

Time has gone by pretty quickly, so I'd expect November 20th to be here very soon (which is also the 1yr for Mass Effect, like OMG).

I'm looking foward to this game. Looks like it will be fun to play with friends and just sit back and kill zombies.

Wowww. I want this game so bad. I don't know if I'll buy it anymore because I'll hardly ever play it because of GoW2.

I'd rather wait and get a really good game. Plus, come this fall, I'll be too busy with other games anyway.
