when 360 was annoced there was a rumor that there was a cap card put in it. but they never put it in at release. so i cant c how u can record with it. i think that the remote works for every thing. like vcr,dvdplayer.etc so i think that button is for recording with a vcr or a dvd player
but im going to gamestop tomorrow to buy quake 4 so i will ask one of the employes there and post back tomorrow
