halo 1 & 2 will always be better than any first person game ever. some ppl like PDZ better but thats only a select few, compared to halo's 158 million. and plus ppl who compare both games to each other obviously has played both and the ones who like PDZ better prolly suck at halo. all halo players have tried to find an alternative to halo, which they will play a different game some times but evently we all go back to halo. bottom line is the only game that will ever top halo 2 is halo 3.

and Tom. you are right i forgot to take into account that it is in the future so they may have some of that technology by then. but by the year 2500, or whever halo takes place a plasma rifle is feasible. heck we may even be firghting a race of aliens by then.

Woah buddy! You dont want to get me ranting about how Halo 2 went downhill from Halo 1. Halo 2's online features are what made it great, if it werent for that the shitty campaign, low frame rate, terrable physics system untill after the update. Would catch up to them.

The thing I like about PDZ is that you have to use some tactics. Like posting up behind a car wall etc. I just like pdz so much because like you really dont even clans because every game ive webt into everyone has been using tactics.
Also their is barely any lil kids.

Wow, it is hard to read this thread because most of you are so wrong about what you are saying. First of all someone says PDZ is better than Halo 2 because it uses realistic guns. Then after being corrected they say oh well that is only because it is set in the future so it is still more realistic than Halo 2. HALO 2 IS SET IN THE FUTURE AND EARTH IS BEING INVADED BY ALIENS! I'm sorry but I disagree with you that aliens of the future should use human weapons, and I think it is safe to say that everyone else on the planet disagrees with you as well. Then someone says that PDZ is better because you actually have to use some strategy. Ok, maybe if you are a rank of 5 in Halo 2 like this guy you don't have to use strategy to win, but I am a 32 and I didn't get there by not using team strategies. I can't wait to see what the next ignorant person on this forum comes up with.

and don't say there are no annoying little kids playing PDZ because there are and there will be more once more people have 360s, the same community that plays Halo 2 will play PDZ (that is until Halo 3 comes out, then no one will play this game anymore)

Pierce I wont turn this into a flame war (and if someone does they will be banned permenently) But you are wrong. I want to make a mature argument about this not an immature internet fight so please dont take it that way. But if someone who is 7-10 years old can play Halo 2 as well as a professional do you relly belive that the game takes stratagy or skill? It has been proven so many times before how easy it is to aim, and how you use weapons that all you have to do with is put the gigantic recticle over their head and shoot. From what I have seen PDZ will be alot harder to play/get relly good at because of the lack of magnet aim and the health system. Also this game has been out for a whole year now and i thought everyone had already learned this. halo2sucks.com has alot of information on the problems with it and feel free to enlighten yourself. I will not say that for sure PDZ is better/Requires more skill because I havent played it but please consider my argument.

I havent played PDZ yet. It looks quite slow and hard to kill people from what Ive seen. I wont make up my mind until Ive played it tho.

Um, the Halo series as a whole have only sold about 15 million.
