I just got into PDZ and I was wondering what are the best settings that most people play on this forum for FFA and team games and what maps to play them on.

Most competitive weaponset imo is Standard with the Fac-16 replaced with a Dw-p5.As far as maps go they are all pretty good with the exception of Tower and Temple.I am really liking Gasplant on small variant as well as Trench for larger games.For FFA games I would say the same weaponset but with the Cmp moved to slot 5 and the Dw-p5 in slot 3.

We like to go by:


Time Limit: 15 minutes (or none)

Point Limit: 50

Friendly Fire: Off/On (circumstancial)

Vehicles: Off (most definately!)

The weapon set we use is Hitzel's set:

Start: Falcon
P9P
DW
KSI-74
CMP
Armor

Or we play Standard.

Yeah, I agree with DarkBlade. I prefer either Standard weapons, or "Hitzel's Set" because if you are removing the FAC from the Standard set, then the CMP should become the slot-4 "power" weapon to lessen dual-CMPs. It doesn't matter too much though, so Irken's suggestion is also good. TKC works best on Desert-small and Subway-small as 4v4 or 5v5 with Teamspawn. Plaza-Small and Rooftops-small are playing well so far. Urban-small and Old Town-small are also pretty good (but Old Town does not play as well with the FAC grenades, so avoid the FAC on that map). You can also throw in a Jackal for the slot-4 weapon and you can also replace the P9P with a Magnum if you wanted. There are lots of solid choices.

u guys rae gonna need a fourth, i reccomend u pick up someone from the forum, were all vetrans here, and were all good, kinda lk e how almost all h2f people are good at halo 2

ummmmmm
ummm, i would highly disagree with you on that fact. most h2f people are just forum whores imo, nothing more, but thats just my opinion, anyways there a few good ones. we will try and pick someone up, maybe our other teammate from h2, chipokitty, but i dunno. I will look around the forums
