I don't think is posted anywhere else, maybe 1 or 2 sites none of the big sites of it, so anyway here is the list.
Here are the Sercet Achivements for Saints Row. Since no site have these posted yet.
If you want to read them highlight the text below, just did it incase of a spoiler.
Addicted to Saints Row - Play Saints Row for 20 Hours
Air Traffic Controller - Destroy 50 Helicopters
Chain Gang - Drop off 500 Chains in Big Ass Chains
Clocktower Camper - Head shotand kill 100 Enemies with a sniper Rifle in ranked match
Dominator - win 10 ranked matches in a row
Grease Monkey - Own a total of 50 cars.
Jump the Shark - Withdraw a total of 200,000 from loan office
Marathon Runner - Travel 26.2 miles on foot.
Negotiator - Take 50 hostages
Pimps down - kill the pimp 50 times in protect the pimp
Professional Thief - Steal 30 boxes and deliver them
Stillwater PD - kill 50 peds with only meless attacks
Tourist - Drive 500 Miles in Stil water
Xzibitionist - Get your team car to level 4 in bling out Ride total of 50 times

If it did that would be crazy! | No way it can be because GRAW has one where you play for like 6 hrs straight and like nobody has that one because even that is alot of time to play a game in one sitting. So def 20 combined hours. Like in DOA4 they have play for so long achievements as well.
