Westside Rollerz ChinaTown Hit Man Targets:

The first Hit man activity located in Chinatown with Mr. Wong.

Jackie: Use Vice 9
Believe it or not she is a paramedic, so use your phone to call 911. I found
that she pop up on the third call. Make sure to kill the first one's before
calling again.

Alan: Use Knife
Look for a fat guy wearing a yellow shirt with a red under shirt. Head to the
Arena near the movies (where you can reply missions), wait till dusk 5pm to
9pm. He will be walking around.

Jose: Use T3K Urban
I found him in the Truck Yard area, simple.

Charles: Use Night stick
First beat up a cop to get the night stick. Then head on over to the suburbs
near coastal road. Drive around and keep an eye out.

Roxanna: Use NR4
Look for a blond woman with a white dress. You can't miss her in the Apartment
area, three showed up on my hud. Just drive around this area she will pop up.

Juan: Use Tombstone Shotgun
Okay I found this guy in Misty Lane, Suburbs. Look for a pale white guy
sporting a red spedo....

Bucky: Use Grenades
Found this very amusing, look for a guy in a hot-dog out fit walking, where
else? Head to the Area, you can't miss him!

Bill: Use K6 Krukov
This guy is hard to get you need a five star notoriety level as he is a proud
employee of Stilwater FBI unit.

Los Carnales Wardill Airport Hit Man Targets:

The second Hit man activity located in Wardill Airport in the Haptopn hotel
with a unnamed lady.

Julia: Use Vice 9
Off the bat drive up to Barrio and look for a women in a bath rob. Her style
should tell you too look for her in mid morning to afternoon. In fact I drove
past her but she disappeared before I had a chance to pull a U turn by the
dock area.

Thomas: Use Baseball bat
If you happen to catch Julia right at the docks and have a base ball bat.
Switch to Thomas, a black hair - blue jean wearing dock worker. Just the
basics, he'll be walking around the area.

Gabriel: Use Tobstone
Drive on up to the factories to catch this construction worker or any other
area where you can find a guy wearing a yellow hard hat.

Chris: Use SKR-7 Spree
This guy, for me, took a while to find. Reason being he did not show up on my
hud and well I got a little trigger happy. Apparently he drives a Mail Car,
the one with a envelope decal on the side above the letters S.N.M.

Theresa: Use Knife
How can one miss this women?! Well I did, but at last I found her in a
unlikely spot... Head to the plastic Surgeon in Cecil Park in Barrio. Wait
till Dusk or dawn, turn so that the plastic surgeon is to your back. You will
see a area with chairs and tables (Off the map hud, if you stay on the road),
stroll on over and start slicing.

Tina: Use GDCH .50
Your probably already seen her, the skating lady in a bikini? Well surely you
will on your way to Coastal Road in Huntersfield (Head north to the cost look
for her on your left or right - the side with buildings not the water).

Bill: Use Molotov Cocktails
The map shown next to bill is the factories area, how ever I found him right
out side my crib (Later in the game when they are working on building just
southwest of your first home). But I am sure you can find him any where there
are other hard hats about.

John: Use McManus
Okay just like Bill of the Westside Rollerz Hit man he is a law enforcer.
Which means a hard battle, the sniper rifle should be an inkling it's going to
be hairy to get him. So head to a safe spot, I used the Saint's cemetery.
Start your mayhem, kill, smash, burn, till you get that five star level again.
Once you have it quickly dispatch all those in your way. Switch to the McManus
and aim for the sky. He will be shooting at from a helicopter, yes a
helicopter. Wait till you have him in your sights, the two lights will light
up, squeeze that trigger.

ViceKings Shivington Projects Hit Man targets:

The third Hit man activity located in Shivington Project area with Angelo.

****: Use Knife
Look for a big guy wearing a light red or orange short sleeve shirt. I found
him chilling in chinatown at night walking the streets.

Marty: Baseball bat
For this guy drive on up to the suburbs on the same road you found Theresa.
How ever, for me, he was driving a 'SUV' towards the east.

Richard: Use .44 Shepherd
This business man will be walking the retail area of Nob Hill. I found him
right out side the cloths store on the brick road.

Henry: Use T3K Urban
This limo driver will be in the downtown area, head to this area and look for
the road under the train tracks. He will be driving his limo in the early
morning or late night. As I used the wrong weapon in the morning and reloaded
the game and found him in the same spot at night.

Billy Bob: Use 12 Gauge
This guy drove me nuts! He will be driving A delivery truck. He got away from
the first time, he was in a yellow one, then tricked me in a white one, then a
yellow one up in Nob hill near the museum.

Don: Use .44 Shephard
Remember your first true mission after the Snatch one? Where you chased down
that Los Carnales? Remember that mad turn that takes you to Freckle -----?
He'll be waiting there all night in orange hoodie.

Hank: Use Molot Cocktails
I found him in the same spot I found Bill Bob.

Louise: Use RPG
Such a little Quota car for a big meter maid! Head on over to the High End
Retail area under the train station, wait and wait she'll show up to give that
ticket. Careful with you aim, you must kill her with your RPG and not the fire
or explosion from a car that does her in.

All Levels completed unlocks:
Discount on weapons (%25 to %50 off) and Platinum RPG which spawns at your crib (free).

ah...thanks for the list. BUT, its still hard as hell to find the person. i did most of the projects by myself, and i started the westside rollerz with your list, but cant fin the black dude and that blonde haired chick to save my life. Ive looked everywhere they are supposed to be and nada. have anymore advice for those two? charles and roxanna are the ones im having trouble with.
