Ways to convince my mom

Well for some of you that have played with me you may know that im not the oldest person you will meet(13). I really want to get saints row once my 360 is fixed, but my mom doesn't want me to play GTA-style games. My mom doesn't believe in the games make kids violent bullshit, and neither do I, but she still doesn't let me get any of the GTA's and she knows about this game being like that because she saw it at the store. Is there anyway to help convince her to let me buy it?

i dunno, it depends on the situation. When I was like 12 I wanted to get halo and it was rated M so I kept asking and they said yea after I showed them that its just a game.

make sure you turn the volume most of the way down when ur showing it to ur mom, or the people on the streets might say something like, "get the fuck off the road retard." or what my mom heard, "I'm gonna skull-fuck that bitch!"

Well, Don't feel alone, I can't get it either. I woulden't bug her about it, if thats her dicision, thats her dicision. No questions asked.

But before she makes a final decision show her the demo, and ALL of the demo, if she says no, just deal with it man.

or just do what i do go to the store be like i want that game dont let them know its m rated and has sexually explicit content and language and get them to buy it for you haha

Just be honest with her. Tell her you don't care about the vulgarity or the violence.
Just tell her it's the funnest game out right now because you can create your own character and it's a blast to play teams on XBL. It's more like a sport game to you. If it starts to cause a problem, tell her she can take it and trade it in anytime she feels it's necessary. You won't even protest. Offer to do chores! Offer to trade in games you won't play anymore to ease the cost of the game. Do not do this all at once.
The first time, say "Hey mom? Can I get that game if I have my homework done every night before I play it?" If that doesn't work, give it 2 days. Then, "Hey mom? Do you think I could get that game if I mow the lawn/do dishes, whatever." Be persistent, but don't nag

If you get it and she does decide to get rid of it. Don't even protest. Just say "Ok mom, thanks for letting me try it out anyway." She'll remember that the next time you want a game she doesn't want you to have.

No offense but if my kids were 13 years old I wouldn't want them to play this game either.Sorry but even the content in this game is something that is not new to you,it still doesn't make it appropriate.I don't believe video games make people violent either but the main reason there is a rating system on games is to keep adult content from people that are considered to young.
