I haven't been able to connect to any games on CoD3 online. I'm not sure if my firewall won't let me connect to their servers or what.

I can't join games that my friends are in either. It will show games available when I go to search them, but it doesn't let me join. Then, when I try to back out of the multiplayer menu, it won't let me go all the way back.

Example:
I couldn't connect so I decided to go and play campaign. When I pressed "B", I got all the way to the menu with "Xbox Live" at the top. (The multiplayer menu) I keep mashing "B", but it doesn't go back. It starts searching for a game as soon as I try to go back from the multiplayer menu.
It's almost like my "A" button is stuck. So the only way to get back to the single player menu is to go to the dashboard and reload the game.

I have no idea why it won't let me connect or why it won't let me exit the multiplayer menu when I want to play single player. Sometimes it happens in Gears, but I've played that online before. I just have never been able to connect in Call of Duty 3. I had no problem with CoD2 though.

Do you guys think it's a problem with me connecting to the server?
Please help, because I still haven't been able to play CoD3 online.

Yeh, I'm not sure if it's the same problem but my game freezes big style, I'm not sure why and I have never had this problem with my 360 before, perhaps they'll bring a patch out to fix it.

Alot of people got this problem and infinity ward is already busy making a patch. I had the problem first too but here's how i fixed it:
I went to check my connection on my xbox360 dashboard, and check your NAT status there. It should be on Open if it's not but on Moderate or Strict you should go and open your ports, if you don't know how to or don't know which ports to open you should check: portforward.com and then choose your router and open your ports and then the problem was fixed for me but some people already had there NAT on Open but they still couldn't join a game
