I thought it was just a general update, it asked for mine when I tried connecting to live before I even put GoW in..but if it is GoW update, anyone know what it is? | |

The latest update was to fix the way some TV's interpreted the 1080p HDTV signal. For some odd reason, most TV's affected were made by Sony.

You probably left the gow disk in your 360 and it just updated when you started your 360. I have seen many posts about this on the xbox forums, and it is NOT a gow update. It was just a general update to fix the 1080p problems. If you started your console with gow not in the disk tray you would've still gottent the update. The only reason I can see peop[le thinking that this is a gow update is because you guys leave your gow disk in the tray. One way to solve this without the need to take out your disk is to set your 360 to always boot the dashboard first.

general dashboard update guys i wish they ade the game how it suposed to be GLITCH FREE!!! but w/e it took sumtime to dwnload the update myself so it must of been pretty hefty they still havent fisxed the 1080p onmy box yet soit cant ofbeen thaat so i dno wtf it did anything newc omeing out that accesorise wise for the 360? | |
